The department deals with the systemic treatment of patients with all types of cancer: of the colon, lung, breast, ovary, pancreas, stomach, reproductive organs, urinary tract, head and neck, oesophagus, melanoma, lymphadenopathy, soft tissue tumours and bone.

Patients are treated as outpatients – they spend a few hours in the hospital and return home after intravenous administration of medication, and often to normal activity, to work. If you feel well – if you take „chemistry” on an outpatient basis – you do not have to take sick leave or holidays.

The daycare system allows patients to spend most of their time with their relatives, making both the disease and the treatment process less stressful for them. This treatment method also minimises the stress associated with the course of the oncological disease and the associated negative side effects.
